LEXIKA confirms its ISO 9001 and adds ISO 17100 certification

At LEXIKA, the quality of our services is our number one priority and we are continually working on improving our procedures. Each year, we undergo an inspection audit that confirms the high level of our quality management system.

This year, we successfully underwent a complete recertification audit carried out by the renowned company TÜV SÜD. We have been awarded the ISO 9001:2016 certificate regarding the “Provision of Translation and Interpretation Services”.

The audit also included an inspection of our working procedures and their compliance with the international standard ISO 17100, which focuses on the specifics of providing translation services. The fundamental criteria establish high requirements for the qualification of translators, information security and, last but not least, modern technical equipment. Providing translation services in compliance with ISO 17100 has been a standard for us for several years already. Receiving the certificate is the cherry on top of our commitment to be a reliable partner for you.
